I’m mostly going to use and promote biohacking in an attempt to manipulate your brain and body in order to optimize performance and results, outside the realm of traditional methods.

Everyone is different, but most people eat too much! We're surrounded with food everywhere we go, and humans have not yet adapted to such abundance. The average North American eats breakfast in the early morning and finished with a late night snack. Some people eat everyday for more than 15 hours per day, and that's one of the main reasons to be overweight. As you can see below, I was a typical North American a few years ago. I was happy with my life, but loosing 5 inches on my waist line and an enormous amount of body fat has changed my life and it has been giving me a much better chance to live longer without any major health problems.
